Our next food pairing is evening is Wednesday 10th May. As it’s Cider and Perry month we are pairing the food with Cider.
Menu –
Confit of pork & black pudding wellington served with Pure North cider braised red cabbage and cider and ale gravy.
Pork cheek with crispy ham hock Bon-Bon, crushed swede and mustard cider apple compote
24 hour miso and cider braised pork belly, steamed bun, soy and ginger sprouts
Side serving of Home-made cumin & fennel spiced pork scratchings.
Served with 3 thirds of real ciders
