Tutored tasting from Red Willow brewer along with 6 courses expertly paired with 6 x thirds of Red Willow Beer to match the flavours of the delicious food.

Saag Dahl – temple dahl with spinach, aromatic spices, Red Willow Shameless and wild rice Shameless is a gloriously hoppy beer; tropical fruit and a clean Grapefruit finish from Mosaic and Simcoe hops 5.9%

Okra Fries – In fenugreek and Red Willow Faithless batter with mango powder Faithless 66 – 3.9% (Vermont Session Ale) This pale ale is a mashup (if you will excuse the terrible pun) of a few ideas we have been playing with in the brewery. A 3.9% beer, with a very low level of bitterness, large amounts of flameout hops, fermented with a Vermont ale yeast and dry hopped in two stages. Low ABV but juicy!

Spicy Indian Nuts – Cashews, Peanuts, almonds, peas & lentils in special buffet bar spice mix with Red Willow Smokeless.   Smokeless is a surprisingly approachable smoked porter, velvet smooth with a robust malt backbone. This is infused with Chipotles to give even more smokiness and a subtle hint of heat – 5.7%

Cauliflower, Potato and Red Willow Seamless Samosas with tamarind chutney Red Willow Seamless,  A light and hoppy session ale with Centennial and First Gold 3.6%.

A light and hoppy session ale with Centennial and First Gold.Biriyani Bhaji – rice, lentils, carrot, onion, coriander and lime deep fried bhaji served with tomato and Red Willow Feckless masala sauce Red Willow Feckless is a classic British bitter, rich toffee and malt balanced with the subtle flavours of Challenger, First Gold and Target hops 4.1%

Puffed rice puri with a tomato, tamarind, red pepper and Red Willow Weightless chutney. Red Willow Weightless is a Session IPA made with 100% Mosaic hops; Pithy grapefruit and mango flavours with a well-rounded body. An uncompromisingly balanced session IPA 4.2%
