The Cricketers Arms is situated in the village of Horbury near Wakefield. Warm, friendly and a relaxed atmosphere where everyone is welcome. We are family & dog friendly (children allowed up until 7pm) and serve a great range of cask & craft beer, great lagers and a fantastic range of bottled beers, spirits & wine.
Now with a brand new covered beergarden area to the side of the building open until 10pm.

Collaboration beer- The Brewery of St Mars of the Desert as part of Rooster’s 30th Anniversary celebrations, Low Colour Pale & Bavarian Carapils malts create the base for this pale, blonde beer.
A West Flanders water profile was also created, with a speciality yeast commonly used for brewing both English & Belgian beers used in place of Rooster’s house strain. Early kettle additions of German Mittelfrüh hops & a late addition of Möst hops from Czechia combine to give light floral, tropical & red grapefruit aromas, which play nicely with the banana, clove & peppery notes produced during fermentation. ...
